In 1989 in my Parish -- St Henry's, Diocese of Kimberly, South Africa -- a group of us -- four ladies -- started a similar movement, guided by the Stigmatine Fathers and sharing in their spirituality, though our focus was for specific religious and secular orders.
We actually grow with the priests since we start with them as seminarians. We have since gone beyond our borders into other neighboring countries. We have grown in number and in 2009, some of us will be going to the Ivory Coast to share with other ladies the role they can play in the perpetual sustenance of our priests.
