Born at Fisher Branch in Manitoba, he was ordained at Saint-Boniface on May 31, 1947. He was named bishop of Saint Paul on May 3, 1972. He retired on June 30, 1997.
The funeral service will be held Wednesday, July 2, at Saint Paul’s Cathedral.
