Having learned the sad news of the tragic road accident which occurred near the overpass of the Naples-Canosa Highway A16, in which many person lost their life, among them several children, the Holy Father expresses his profound participation in the grief that has stricken the Campano territory and, while assuring his fervent prayers of suffrage for the numerous victims, that God the Father grant them eternal repose, he invokes the Lord a speedy recovery for the wounded and sends as comfort or those who mourn the loss of their loved ones, a special Apostolic Blessing.
