Sophia Institute Press said that in just nine days it has sold 21,000 copies of “Christ Is My Life,” a book-length interview with 83-year-old Father Marcial Maciel.
In the book, Father Maciel of Mexico tells of his unexpected call at age 14 to be a priest, and the trials he endured to establish the congregation. He also talks frankly about the criticisms leveled against him and the congregation over the years.
