It was announced today by the Vatican press office that Pope Francis will celebrate Holy Thursday Mass and will continue the tradition of the washing of the feet. The Mass will be in Rome at Coena Domini at the Foundation of Don Carlo Gnocchi – Centro della Maria della Provvidenza, which is on Via Casai del Marmo.

This center is a facility that provides care and assistance to the disadvantaged. It has departments of rehabilitation for people with disabilities and has a nursing home for the elderly.

At this celebration, which is to be held in this church, the guests of the center will participate along with families of the guests, staff, and facility management. (D.C.L.)
